Crisp and dry lager beer made with local Pilsner malt from Riverbend. Hopped exclusively with Saaz giving it firm herbal and citrus notes. Naturally carbonated and served on a Lukr Faucet. ABV: 4.8%
Leaf Peeper - Marzen
Seasonal lager made with local Vienna and Munich malts. Notes of fresh biscuits and honey, toffee, peanut brittle, caramel and a light herbal hop character. Naturally carbonated and served on a Lukr faucet. ABV: 5.9%
Original Soul – Kolsch
Light, dry and highly quaffable hybrid beer. Made with local Pilsner and Chit malt from Riverbend and hopped with Huell Melon. This beer is fermented at lower ale temperature and then lagered for 7 weeks. Very refreshing with notes of strawberry, honeysuckle, pear and lemongrass. Naturally carbonated and served on a Lukr faucet. ABV: 4.6%
Stay Cruisin' - Dry Hopped Pilsner
Made with local Pilsner and Chit malt, and lagered for 7 weeks. Dry hopped with Audacia and Wai-iti. Notes of fresh rose petals, lilac, and lime zest. Light bodied with a clean finish.
Beyond The Sun - Witbier
Made with Pilsner Malt, Wheat and Oats, this Belgian ale has homegrown chamomile and coriander added to the kettle. Rested on a healthy dose of fresh orange peel. This light and refreshing beer has notes of fresh citrus, coriander, bready malts, and baking spice. ABV: 4.8%
Diving Depth – West Coast IPA
Clear and dry IPA dry hopped with Strata, Simcoe, and late harvest Cascade. Notes of grapefruit, orange, guava, dark berries, and a little piney bitterness. Collaboration with Scuba Homebrew Club ABV: 7.4%
Oaxacan Bloom – Mixed Culture Saison
Paloma cocktail inspired Saison made with fresh grapefruit and lime peel. Aged on Mezcal oak staves. ABV: 5.6%
Floating Points – Hazy IPA
Made with a base of local 2 Row, Wheat, and Oats. Dry hopped with Krush, Azacca, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin. Notes of fresh orange, guava, pineapple, and rainbow sherbet. ABV: 6.9%
Spirit Moves – Hazy IPA
A charitable collaboration with Riverbend Malt House in support of the Michael Jackson Foundations for Brewing and Distilling. We get notes of peach rings, raspberry, watermelon candy, and mango. ABV: 6.1%
Syncopation- Hazy IPA
Dry hopped with Galaxy, Alora, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Hallertau Blanc. Notes of passion fruit, lychee, Sauvignon Blanc, grapefruit and a little diesel. ABV:
Dancing Bear – Brown Ale
Rich and full-bodied Brown Ale with a silky texture. Notes of chocolate, coffee, toast, and graham cracker. ABV: 5.7%
