Heartstrings – Helles Lager
German style lager made with local Pilsner, Vienna, and Chit malt with a small amount of Biscuit malt. Hopped with Grungeist and Hersbrucker. Notes of fresh bread, crackers, fresh flowers, with a light apricot and lime hop character. Naturally carbonated and served on a Lukr Faucet. ABV: 5%
Understated – Pilsner
Crisp and dry lager beer made with local Pilsner malt from Riverbend. Hopped exclusively with Saaz giving it firm herbal and citrus notes. Naturally carbonated and served on a Lukr Faucet. ABV: 4.8%
Canyon Echoes – Vienna Lager
Malt forward lager made with Vienna malt, Munich and a touch of NC Rye. Notes of bread crust, toffee, caramel, and toast. Finishes clean. Naturally carbonated and served on a Lukr Faucet. ABV: 5.2%
Preciatechya–American Pale Ale Clean and dry pale ale dry hopped with Amarillo,
Elani, Azzacca, and Pacific Sun. Firm bitterness with notes of grapefruit, mango,pineapple, and some of that good, good dank. ABV: 5%
Original Soul – Kolsch
Light, dry and highly quaffable hybrid beer. Made with local Pilsner and Chit malt from Riverbend and hopped with Huell Melon. This beer is fermented at lower ale temperature and then lagered for 7 weeks. Very refreshing with notes of strawberry, honeysuckle, pear and lemongrass. ABV: 4.6%
Beyond The Sun - Witbier
Made with Pilsner Malt, Wheat and Oats, this Belgian ale has homegrown chamomile and coriander added to the kettle. Rested on a healthy dose of fresh orange peel. This light and refreshing beer has notes of fresh citrus, coriander, bready malts, and baking spice. ABV: 4.8%
Simple Me – Brett Table Beer
This crushable farmhouse ale is made with local Pilsner and wheat malt, fermented with Saison yeast and Brettanomyces, and then dry hopped with Grungeist and Hallertau Blanc. Complex yet easy drinking, this beer has lots of tropical fruit character such as pineapple, mango, passionfruit and white wine grapes. ABV: 4.4%
Tremolo #1 – Hoppy Farmhouse
Malt base of local 2 Row Malt, Wheat, Chit, and Rye. Fermented with a blend of Saison yeast and multiple Brettanomyces strains. Dry hopped with Strata, HBC 1019, and Alora. Notes of peach, pineapple, dried apricot, banana cream, and mango with a touch of Brett funk. ABV: 6%
Floating Points – Hazy IPA
Made with a base of local 2 Row, Wheat, and Oats. Dry hopped with Krush, Azacca, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin. Notes of fresh orange, guava, pineapple, and rainbow sherbet. ABV: 6.9%
So Stupendous - Hazy IPA
Made with local Pilsner malt, Chit, and Wheat. Dry hopped with Nectaron, Strata, Anchovy, and HBC 1019. This unique hop combination gives it notes of apricot, honeydew, peach cobbler, blackberry and a slight piney bitterness. 6.4%
Dancing Bear – Brown Ale
Rich and full-bodied Brown Ale with a silky texture. Notes of chocolate, coffee, toast, and graham cracker. ABV: 5.7%
